Presto wasn’t a stranger when it came to beans iirc. According to Thackers he could be seen ordering a pasty and beans after a particularly hard night at the coalface in Fabric iirc. Something that Thackers found particularly appalling and inhumane.

I used to go out with a bird years ago and her folks used to eat peas and beans mixed together.

I think what Millsy is suggesting is that he has his toast cut into little triangles with a poached egg on each, which he eats with a knife and fork, all civilised like. This sets him up lovely for the day, painting sunsets naked and drinking malibu & coke with his boyfriend.
