Sorry to disappoint Ed Smallcock and all the other culinary senualists but you wouldnt get served that in Ireland obviously . Ironically it looks like somemthing you’d get in an Irish Bar in BURKmingham, trying desperatly to shoehorn every cliche onto one plate.
So in short its actually an English effort at food. And no surprise. Standard English pub food is fairly rank.
