When signing up to use the Jadded Clubbers Community Forum, users must agree to the following Terms of Use.
User Content and Conduct:

You agree not to post, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to content that:
Incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups.
Exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
Promotes self-harm or suicide.
Contains personal information without consent.
Violates intellectual property rights.
Reporting Obligations:
If you encounter any content that violates these terms, you must report it immediately using the designated reporting mechanism on our platform by using the "flag" button which can be found under the ellipsis menu on each post.
Accountability:
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these terms, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies regarding illegal activity.
Privacy and Data Protection:

We collect personal information to provide and improve our services, which may include your name, email address, location data, and activity on our platform.

We will use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including taking appropriate measures to protect your information.

We actively assess the risks of harmful content on our platform and implement measures to mitigate those risks, including post reporting (flagging) functionality and by the use of forum moderators to detect and remove harmful content proactively.
Transparency:
We will provide clear information on our policies regarding content moderation, reporting mechanisms, and the steps we take to protect users from harm.
Complaints Process:
If you believe our content moderation practices are not compliant with these terms or the Online Safety Act, you can file a complaint through our post reporting (flagging) mechanism and receive a timely response.
