I promised to keep doing these weekly mixes for as long as bars are closed in Finland. Well on Monday they open (limited opening times and capacity though), so this is the last one for awhile (until the second wave lockdown if things go bad). Rest assured I’ll still put out new mixes at least monthly, just not every weekend.

This comes under my alias for my bar gigs, DJ Kotilehto. A mix of ambient, downtempo, indie pop, and so forth. I usually spend ages compiling these mixes, in some cases months, but this was done in two night. Monday I picked the tunes, Tuesday I recorded it. So a bit raw around the edges, but that can be a good thing some times. Hope you enjoy something a bit different.

    I listened to this yesterday. I was surprised to hear Italo Disco, I thought you hated it.

    Most of it. I do buy some now and then, but it needs to really be good.

    Have looked at, but struggling for listening time with working / childcare.

    I Iike the look of it and especially the push about supporting the artists. More people need to do this IMO, hopefully give those that don’t a nudge 👍
