Homegrove I haven’t listened to this one yet, but I will eventually (6 hours to go on the previous one lol), so take this with a grain of salt. I need to be in the right mood for techno at home, but I’m generally a fan. I honestly hate electro though, I just can’t stand the aesthetic for more than one decent track or two, whether home or on a dance floor. Just a taste thing obviously.

Homegrove That’ll tend to happen if you listen enough. When was the last time it was popular, 2005/6 or so? I almost quit listening to electronic music of any kind for a couple of years around that time.

Yeah I wouldn’t equate the likes of Mylo with the Anthony Rother’s of the world. Proper up tempo electro can be excellent. That fart house electro of the mid-aughts was very different (even if I liked some of it at the time).

Have had trouble enjoying myself on the decks at home for awhile now, so having a really fun 3 hour session last night was a very pleasant surprise. Listened the recording through today, and decided to post it right away. Finally also managed to play Xtal in a mix, so that it fit. Been giving it a go every now and then for years.

Looks good….I’ve seen it said that the Adam Port track 2nd from the end is Keinemusik’s most anticipated ever… which I find a bit difficult to believe personally - too simple and not in a good way imo
