Correct, I’d just extend it to nearly all national infrastructure, or at least the bits that are critical, and the bits that most enrich the country… this is the thing that for me shows the holes in the Tory ‘patriotism’ lie. To be in control of your own infrastructure and cash flow are the basics of what a government should be doing, it’s the most patriotic thing you could do, but they wrap themselves in the flag, peddle immigration gimmicks whilst letting more in, and asset strip the country.

Haven’t used trains very often in the last few years, but have taken a few recently and each time it’s standing room only. People squished up against each other even in first.

I don’t know how people put up with it. I’d end up having a nervy b if I had to commute into London.

mono-stereo GWR are shocking. Needed to be in London for 0730 on saturday. Got a train that was supposed to arrive at 0705 and I’m 25 mins late before the day has eve started. Coming home was a total scrum. It’s fucking miserable.
