The new one is this offside on the center call when they line up over the ball. I cannot tell the difference between plays where it’s called and when it isn’t. Except the Raiders had it called to negate first downs against the chiefs and patriots, but when the bills’ center is over the ball and half the line isn’t set, that’s apparently not a penalty.
