i think that’s one of the things the nfl is trying to avoid at all costs. the other owners don’t want to set a precedent that their shitty behaviour has actual consequences. i’m curious to see if these emails have implications with collective bargaining, maybe the kaepernick issue, or wide spread conversations that look exactly like the gruden comments that they’ve now deemed immediately fire-able offenses.
