Amps i’m not a massive apple fan, especially of late, but their hardware is generally very durable and performs very well. you’ve maybe had some bad luck, but the new mac mini is decent value for the performance. my current machine is 9 years old, has almost never been turned off, and still handles ableton with a couple of dozen tracks and dozens of plugins before i have to start bouncing to audio.
