  • Old age, stress or just dying?

I have been getting this fucking weird feeling in my legs on random nights over the last couple of weeks.

I just did exactly what you are supposed to do and consulted google to see what is wrong with me, i mean why waste time with those medical expert idiots when you can self-diagnose and get it all completely pete tong from the comfort of the toilet seat.

I seem to have symptoms of restless leg syndrome, which is actually a thing. There is some mention of a dopamine shortage issue as one of the potential causes, which concerns me as i hope i haven’t done this to myself after taking 000s of jack n jills over a decade or so, from the age of 18 to around 29.

Do i need to grow a set, find my minerals and man the fuck up or am i likely to be dead before the euros final on the 11 july?

My lower back is the biggest problem. I have to take a hot bath before I goto work every morning. But once I’m at work I’m ok.

Will be the equivalent of Harry’s Heroes when we aill hit the clubs again
How long can we dance before we do ourselves an injury?

Sounds like curtains to me, Si. Best of luck.

I had an issue with pain in my lower left leg a few years ago, had some weird sensations in it during the night and would get cramp and spasms all the time. Turned out it was a disc issue.
You’re probably fucked though, Si. Sounds like a terminal issue. Godspeed.

I suffered with restless leg syndrome a while back. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Screwed with my sleep for a while and got into my head too, as the feeling was odd and frustrating. I used to have to get out of bed and walk about and do some stretches.

No idea why it went, I didn’t figure out how to get rid of it. I partially thought it was in my head and by thinking about it I bought it on. But no idea if that was the case. I hope it doesn’t come back

Hope it disappears for you soon mate, it’s an annoying feeling

I had that. Zinc deficiency. Eat oysters. Not joking!

LT42 is that what is causing it? I wonder whether that ever goes away. A mate’s dad said it became less ….errrr…restless in his late 60s and it was like being released from a form of madness - not unwelcome actually. the rest of us struggle on …….

I paid 80 quid for one of those, on sale from love honey the other week, dave!

By the way, lads, if i don’t make it through this, i sent 400 quid to ed for the bar tab at my farewell drink! He said it will be safe as houses with him as he has been appointed treasurer for board related activities many times…

          Monies received Si.
