Negative, nobody would’ve seen the plane downtown because it spiralled down in a corkscrew action close to the Capitol, which is why Dulles ATC believed it to be a military plane. And you’re right, the final secs of the flight path you see in the above video show not only something that isn’t a Boeing 757 with a fucking 45ft high vertical stabiliser on the back, but something white/gray in colour and travelling very close to the grass. Who the fuck was flying the plane? It wasn’t one of those lads from Red Bull Racing, we know that much. The pilot (terrorist) on the plane in question was reported to the FAA by his school as being incompetent and not safe to fly a Cessna, they asked that his license be revoked. Make of that what you will, if people still want to believe he flew that plane then you’ll have to just mark it down as pure innocent ignorance.
