Dubman it’s just how the word disc jockey has developed. It’s about playing pre recorded music to an audience. Once it was playing vinyl and now it’s different. And the art to it has evolved to something different, but means there is something for everyone. Why do people get so wound up about it? It’s like a jazz drummer getting fucked off by a thrash metal drummer because they treat the drums differently.
Some of this industry is just like our parents moaning about how what we like is rubbish and it’s was better when they were young. Same old argument
