I watched Skyfall again yesterday afternoon. It’s a much tighter script and better done baddie (Safin is just a creepy weirdo in comparison). Skyfall’s main issue is the order of the action sequences. They get progressively weaker as the flick goes on. There’s nothing as good as the opening one and the home alone style ending is weak sauce but the writing is better and has fewer gaping plot holes.
That said, no Ana De Armas in Skyfall either so you are totally correct.
