Get yourself a used PS Vita and jailbreak it. Opens it up to a huge selection of all the old PS1 and PSP library, along with all the own Vita game library. These can be just downloaded from the net and copied over to the memory card and you’re set.
And then there’s RetroArch, which is the dogs bollox. Plays all the old console emulators from the Atari 2600, C64, Spectrum era all the way to Amiga, SNES, Mega Drive, Gameboy Advance, Mame….
It’s really all you need, and a bit cheaper than the Switch.
Have a dig around on YouTube, there’s tons of vids showing what a modded Vita can do, and RetroArch on the Vita too.
