Lol!

Had no idea we had our very own Forrest Gump on here!

Dry-Tinder pm me your Strava handle DT, i would like to follow, impressive stats considering how much time you spend dispensing of the neighbours pets!

Just uploading some of Tinders stats for you, lads. Found using the search function.

  1. Most threesomes with strangers met in Newsagents post club night champion 2019-2021

  2. Finished 4th in West Yorkshires “Spike a Drink Bonanza” competition in 2017.

  3. Finished 2nd four years on the trot in Spice Magazine’s “Rohypnol Classic”, bagging 27 homeless women over the course of the competition.

  4. Finished 1st in the inaugural “Sharing is Caring” event in Bristol, where he gave away all his drugs to unsuspecting victims.

  5. Northern Europe and Balkan’s record holder for most solo excursions that ended in 3-star hotel gang bangs.

Anyone got DT in the sweep for ‘next board member to go Radio Rental’. He could easily be our next Derms / Flares / Hugo.

Dry-Tinder That’s impressive, I actually thought 230 miles in a week was a mistake. How did you keep from getting injured at that volume? I seem ok so far to about 100k/week and after that I feel like I’m riding the edge of breaking down. Strength work is helping and I’m sure more experience running will too, but that kind of consistent weekly volume is intense.

All seems rather excessive chaps.

It is, the time commitment even for what I’m doing is huge. 10+ hours running, 2 hours of strength work, 4 or so hours of stretching/rolling/rehab work every week. After back to back 16 week training blocks, I am looking forward to just running and lifting when I feel like it for a few months. I need the mental break as much as the physical recovery.

I couldn’t do that, it wouldn’t leave me with enough time to kitchen sink it and ledge the bants.

Any normal lads on here playing a few weekly games of 5 a side or are we all circumnavigating planet earth a dozen times a year?

-si- lol. Quite. Most 40-something blokes thinking they’ve done well to get to no.65 on the local sports centre squash ladder and along comes Grant with his VO2 max numbers and the Eliud Kipchoge bros to piss on everything we’ve strived for. Cunts

I always get the impression Si struggles to get out of his chair to put the deep fat fryer on but I could be wrong.

Millsy 😂 I just quit playing soccer at 45 because I got sick of the injuries.

I walk the dogs for about 30 mins most days. Feel like that puts me up there with some of the other achievements here

Sorokin is an absolute beast of a runner. No idea how what he does is human.

Assuming I can keep myself in decent shape over the winter, I want to try a backyard ultra next spring. The format is really interesting and it seems less daunting than a 24 hour race.

Dropped the badminton this year and going straight into the dark side… the gym. three times a week of strength training with a coach. did two sets of “pulse squats” and my fuckin thighs have been on fire all day. Managed to hold a plank for 1 min 5 secs, stood up and it felt like I took a massive rip of a bong.

rhouses just seen you post about your gym session

I ran 17km last night. Quite pleased with that.
