Todh Teri (Pawas from Daso & Pawas fame) is pretty cool. His India Gets Physical compilation is subtly ethnic and has some great tunes.

You’re my favourite ethnic, Rhousedawg x
lol!
Ethnic house:
Better roof than mine tbf.
Fantastic flood protection was obviously a key design point for those involved. And the architect NAILED IT like a boss. His costsing don’t seem to have stretched too far where access is concerned though but each to their own…
Said this before but I’ll take some questionable mixing with a good amount of variety over some plod-a-thon that all sounds like one long song.
Yeah Millsy’s mixes do sound like one 2hr chug track.
jonattonyeah … yeah THANKS JON.
Some nice “ethnic house” for your delectation
alistair it’s funny I would call that Afro House. There’s no right or wrong really though
NasserAlazzawi whatever it is, DJ Koze’s drums are superb
What is Joseph Fritzel’s favourite genre?
Underground house
He loves Diwgeed’s bunker sessions as well
It’s a shame Joe didn’t live stream his bunker sessions, I’d have watched.
I think this stuff is groovy as fuck.
I’ll be honest I think the first example I gave at the top of the thread wasn’t the best example, this is where my head’s at with Ethnic/Organic. Even at 110-115 BPM it really encourages a nice body movement, I feel. And I’m someone who doesn’t naturally dance confidently.
I spent a few weeks collecting new / recent tracks that are tickling my shisha and gave it a spin on my stream at the weekend - would like to know what you guys make of skipping through this.
