Ordered 2kg 45 Day Dry Aged Sirloin Joint to cook. Will do roast spuds & parsnips, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, steamed carrots and broccoli. Plenty of homemade gravy, mustard. Cooking for 5 this year.
