Some match this. Both players on form. Tsitsipas’ inside in forehand is a sledgehammer
Ahem, inside out forehand.
Dan Inside in is a legit shot and he was using to great effect. It was misfiring later though. Murray’s successful first serve % in set 3 was crazy
I used to love tennis - I think Murray and Federer sucked the life out of it for me. A day out at Wimbledon is good fun mind, so it’s lucky I’m on Court No 1 tomorrow
Along_the_Wire good luck mate. Who you playing?
Along_the_Wire I think Murray and Federer sucked the life out of it for me
Nowhere near as bad as that Sampras era. That fucking ruined it for me for years. Big serve bollox it was. I actually quite enjoy hating Murray.
Millsy 💥
And also, before I forget, Come on Tiiiiiiiim!
Sport is off the charts this week. Don’t know what the fuck to watch. Ashes at night, highlights of TDF in the morning followed by highlights of tennis. Day isn’t long enough.
The Djok playing in third gear and Wawrinka and his dad bod still can’t make this a decent contest.
Murray should seriously look at retirement. He can’t get past the first week of a Slam. Probably miss the money… being a Jock and all that.
Dan He should play a full US hard court season culminating in Flushing Meadow and make a decision after that. He’s still in good nick and it’s arguably his best surface. He might alsomake it into the top 32 which would help him avoid the likes of Tsitsipas until the second week
Can’t imagine A-Muzz lighting up the punditry when he retires.
McEnroe was mid 30’s and still making Grand Slam semis…. Murray can’t make a dent. Let’s not take anything away from Stefanos who played brilliantly last night. Shout out to Chris Eubank who knocked out Norrie.
Cameron Norrie is useless.
Awful tennis player, that back-hand is hideous.
Smallman1 He just punts it.
Smallman1 Useless 😂He’s won Indian Wells and made Wimbledon semi mate. I grant you his tennis is not easy on the eye though.
Almost impossible to beat Djok even if you are getting 80% first serves in and exceeding 140mph. His 10 year plus unbeaten record on centre court is just as incredible as his 23 slams
Good to see the Medvedev going through the gears. Enjoying the grass this time
alistair It might take someone like him to beat Djokovic?
Dan He seems to be the only one not carrying any psychological baggage. Even Alcaraz visibly tightened up in Paris. Berretini off to a flyer but Carlos will surely get back into it
