Old-Dutch it’s in the Old Dutch link I think - because it’s not declared as a War but only a special military operation, the rules are different. Like you could join the army now for a years contract and leave. But they are getting bullied or imprisoned even if they talk about leaving today.
What I’m not sure about is if, like in many countries, you have to do a year in Russia as a young adult anyway.
