Yet we can be sure that there are Russian troops in Ukraine.
If no one knows for sure that there are US special ops active in Ukraine then it can be plausibly denied, and it can still be considered on the down-low as per my original comment.
If Putin could use their presence as a “pretext for God knows what” as per LT’s claim, then what is this supposed information indicating such a thing? @LT42 still hasn’t said where he’s heard this. And if it’s true then why hasn’t Putin mentioned it already?
