Right, first impressions of the XZ are that it’s a different level of accuracy on the tempo slider - the BPM shows up as it should be, but it shows as small percentages difference on the screen, which you can make a tiny adjustment to zero, so that is probably accounting for the drift, or at least I assume it is. The jog wheels feel so, so different and move with very little delay - I need to record what I’m mixing to check all this stuff, but it seems much easier to beatmatch, or at least more obvious when it’s wrong. We shall see - I’m just loving farting around with it, it feels really different.
