Everyone is coming for Nina on IG. Saw Darko Esser crying about her “not doing enough” on one of Nina’s most recent posts. I would personally be interested to know what Darko was up to when his home country of the Netherlands joined the Coalition of The Willing, and actively participated in the Iraq war. Better still is the lady with 100% techno cred, Dj Nastia, who has also been extremely vocal. Tbf she is Ukrainian, so there is absolutely no way you can blame her. She is just passionate about her native country! I am sure both Dj Nastia and Serhiy are using their voices and positions to draw attention to all of the African citizens living in Ukraine who are being denied aid and safe passage into Poland…
Bottomline for me is this: anyone who honestly thinks that Russian celebrities can make a difference, and not risk their own lives and the lives of their families, is a fucking moron. Vlad couldn’t give any less of a fuck about what the rest of the world thinks, but he undoubtedly would go out of his way to kill them. Watching some of these other “artists” disingenuously virtu signal, with the purpose of boosting their social media presence, is as predictable as it is annoying. If you honestly give a shit and have the balls to put your money where you mouth is, then go be a fucking recruit. The Ukrainians will take you. Or better still, go assist in getting aid to those people who are not being prioritized by the Ukrainian government, because it sure appears that that is a real crisis in and of itself.
