Homegrove Was surprised this was only the second Oscar for Hanz Zimmer. Dune was not even near his best works, the last two Nolan Batmans, and Interstellar. Hell, Inception OST is great too.

Broken Arrow was a superb soundtrack too, but the film was pretty much dogshit, so it’s been forgotten about.

    Wrong again, Dave. ‘Derek’ was satirising prejudice against the disabled. Granted Gervais isn’t the greatest actor in the world but he plays the character with a respectful amount of care and sincerity. Notice I said character not caricature. You could argue it’s a little shallow or possibly manipulative but to say he’s mocking the mentally handicapped is way off the mark and missing the point.
