They certainaly are. My original flight was HR to SFO at 15:30. BA moved it to 13:30. My connection from Manchester was 11:30. No chance. So I moved my connection to 6:30. BA moved it to 8:30. Delayed. Didn’t board until 9:00. Three-plus hours to get my bag sorted. Had to run to catch the SFO flight despite building in like six hours of leeway. No gate. Had to take a bus and we boarded via stairs. Complete clown show. I don’t get angry at the boots, they’re just doing their best, but I do get pissed at the suits. BA’s executives should be fired. Full stop. I’ve travelled a lot in my day and been in some precarious positions in terminals. I’ve never seen anything so disorganized. Aforementioned Senegalize girl missed her connection so they gave her a hotel voucher. Worthless because everything was booked due to everyone missing their connection. Fuck BA. They’re a disgrace.
EDIT and oh they told me to go to fucking Bromley to get a Covid test when I could’ve had one done in the airport. Complete retards.
