ScottBailey alistair sarcasm meter just blew up. Ironically sounded like Westood’s ‘bomb’ soundbite too 💣
bosstrabs Millsy I will point out, just for the record, that my preferred age range is 25-30 for the brasses. Still have soft skin and nice pert tits but a little bit filth. Not that I mind the bants much. Although I think Dutchy is clearly the Savile on here.
Amps bosstrabs Not that I mind the bants much. I imagine it’s riveting! Dave, a vision in pastel: ‘sucked much cock today love?’ Brasser, knocking the spunk out of her ear: 'Funnily enough, yeah, your my 12th ‘client’ today, busy morning so far’.
Cankles-McJeggings Faaaarking hell….next level creepy hammers. Can smell the Old Spice from here. 🤮
Along_the_Wire This guy in ad-ops who sits behind me was talking about Westwood - he said he was notorious at unis for appearing at freshers week and being a proper nuisance - a bad one.

Yes, this was well known even when I was at uni (1998-2001). Probably well known even when you were at uni too Grant (1954-57).
erik Along_the_Wire yep, he’s been like it since he was on LWR and Kiss in the late 80s/early 90s. An absolute fucking pest
Old-Dutch Can’t imagine how grim a Tim Westwood Uni tour would have been. A physical assault on the ears followed by a sexual assault on the body.
Millsy Old-Dutch lol. Had no idea you were a black teenage girl in the 90s, Dutch. Some transformation to now be a forty something, white male sex offender.
hugopal Dan It’s left a bad taste in the mouth. That reminds me, Westwood was in the music vid for one of grime’s best ever tracks. Not sure it would fly nowadays though and his role in the vid seems a bit questionable in retrospect now:
BlainSA I could never understand why Westwood was so popular. I remember listening to his shows in the nineties and early noughties and everything his said and did just seemed cringe to me. Not massively into that scene bar listening to the occasional bit of hip-hop so may be that’s the missing key?
Millsy Nope, he’s always been majorly cringe and imo did more to damage the reputation of hip hop than to enhance it. If there was a more credible, likeable figurehead for the genre on Radio 1 at the time it would have been a boon. Instead we had a 40 something ina tracksuit with an eye for pre pubescent black dancers.
