I’ve already spoken about the merits of isabgol (psyllium husk), so I barely have long, girthy cables anymore. Or ghosties for that, though I’m sure mrs rhouses would love those.
It’s mostly a full-on blast of floaters, because the husk is pretty much baked into all the turd. Can’t recommend it enough, at least once a week, so your intestines and colons get the cleanse it deserves. Especially if you’re on a meat/carb heavy diet with barely any veggies or fruits.
