zackster it’s an old symbol for the airforce that predates WWII. It really should be changed but all the conservatives go “IT’S AN OLD HINDU SYMBOL AND COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM NAZI SWASTIKA, SEE IT’S ON IT’S SIDE, NOT AT AN ANGLE I DON’T LIKE IT WHEN STUFF CHANGES!”
Complete embarrassement for us IMO. The same folks who say we should not talk about the right wing problem in Finland, because it would be ammo for Russia are somehow very gung ho that this symbol is not changed.
At least it’s not been on the planes since WWII. But it really should not be anywhere.
