Seems natural to make a competency assessment of the a countries leader, and deal with them accordingly. I’d be more alarmed if national agencies didn’t do this.
Also to be politically ‘neutral’ - or at least look to prevent situations from being unnecessarily politicised.
I mustn’t have got to the Covid thing, but withholding from the Orange Berk doesn’t mean they didn’t act on it does it?
Seems like a non-story to me.
