Cankles-McJeggings Unfortunately Texas law limits maximum damages so he’s ‘only’ on the hook for 750K per claim per claimant which totals around $9m for this case.

However, the silver lining around that cloud is that is can be appealed and it sets a legal precedent for the two other lawsuits he’s currently going through that are in states with unlimited damages which will clean him out if they go the same way.
