Another endorsement of the Love Groove Dance Party, was a great show in its day. I saw Rampling at one of those Ultra Vegas events in Milton Keynes in the late 90s, was impressed with how smooth his mixing was and he had all the ladies dancing.
Went to one of his Love Groove Dance Party’s at Pacha with Dina Caroll and Bryon Stingily.

Whenever I tuned in to his Love Groove Dance Party on Radio 1 it always just seemed to be handbag house. No thanks.

…never really understood the fuss if I’m honest, arrived in London too late for Shoom etc. but he was always on the line-up of parties in the 90’s- music always seemed to be an odd mish-mash with little or no flow… never really understood the R1 show either, dissonant mix of vocal garage and boshing Goa trance, who the fuck signed that off!?
