Cankles-McJeggings Here’s one for the tech geeks. iPad and iPhone which are both Oz purchased won’t let me download the BBC iPlayer app. Tried VPN and it makes no difference. Looks like the devices might be geo locked in some way. Anyone?

SM001 Cankles-McJeggings It can be done but it’s seriously not worth it. You’ll have to spend any balance remaining on your Apple ID, cancel your subscriptions, add a new payment method and THEN redownload your apps, music, movies etc etc. 😅 Hence why I have never and will never own an iPhone or iPad.

Cankles-McJeggings Sorted. So heres the way to change your region on an iPad. I finally did it. Bear in mind as sm001 said you do have to spend your balance. Also you need a credit card valid in the country you are changing to. Luckily I did and had no money in my balance. Open the Settings app. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. Tap View Account. Tap Country/Region. Tap Change Country or Region. Tap your new country or region, then review the Terms & Conditions. Tap Agree in the top right-hand corner, then tap Agree again to confirm. Select a payment method and enter your new payment information and billing address, then tap Next. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.
