bosstrabs the first essential mix he ever did was excellent, but yeah I know what you mean, he did tend to veer toward the wrong side sometimes
nicksneddon he has always liked big vocal house records. His legend is built on them. Whitehead, Wainwright and Park were disciples. I used to like Healy in my earliest clubbing days. and there were few similarities. Youâd never see Morales playing renegade master or you sure do. As for Sonique, she was a gatecrasher dj. Chalk and cheese
Absolutely nothing wrong with big vocal house records
nicksneddon couldnât agree more mate. Moralesâ Dreamlover and Space Cowboy remixes were perfect mid 90âs house records to name just two.
bosstrabs
Genuine record collector and enthusiast. So can go on tangents from time to time.
Always found when he was pretty much free to play waht he likes he could quite regularly nail it.
Post Haç Iâm not sure he could be arsed. Had some commercial gigs and a radio show where you felt was playing someone elseâs agenda and couldnât be arsed any more.
Also J*y H*'s name doesnât belong in this thread.

alistair I know what you mean calling Sonique a âGatecrasher DJâ but actually she did a residency at Cream and then GodsKitchen - I know because they were my regular two clubs and I couldnât get away from the daft slag, coming on and singing over all her records and ruining everyoneâs night.
I donât think she ever had a Gatecrasher residency (though she undoubtedly will have played there) - the residents were Scott Bond, Judge Jules, Ashley Casselle (Ashtrax) and PvD (monthly).

Mad_Cyril Love this interview, especially bit about DJs warming up for him.
Comes across as a decent chap

Brilliant interview, he comes across as really sound.
Forgotten just how good his remix of Donna Summer melody of love is. Cracker
Nick. Are you putting this together digitally? If so do you have an online store your source from?
Most of the usual suspects have little decent early / mid 90âs house. Unless itâs particularly big from the time or a shite remix.
Any ideas much appreciated
He was due to play for my mate, but then got banged up in Japan. For the rescheduled gig he played an extended set for nothing. Love the fact that he does about â diverse remixes with each artist. His production skills are amazing.
