Can’t stop won’t stop!
RIP in Peace Our Majesty

It was an extremely proud moment celebrating monarchistic history and colonialism seeing the Queen drive past in her German made Mercedes hearse, closely followed by her mourning family in a German owned Rolls Royce. Brought a tear to my eye. All it was missing was a Messerschmitt fly by to give it that truly British send off.
Sieg heil !
Things that make me sad -
- Scratching one of my rarest records.
- Tipping curry down my new white t-shirt.
- Seeing a tiny little bird fall out of its nest.
- Getting my new trabs muddy.
- Seeing Ukrainians suffer at the hands of murdering fascists.
- Scousers shooting kids.
Things that don’t make me sad -
- The Queen dying at ninety fucking six.
This might make you happy.
Spot of Rusky shooting at the Weekend!

Amazing how quickly the news cycle has forgotten the cost of living crisis (which they helped perpetuate with their collective hysteria).
I’m looking forward to the day when BBC sports news is just showing sport and not loads of articles on the Queen. I get some of them are genuinely sports related, as she was a big horse racing fan etc, but last few days they seem to be including lots of non sports related news regarding the Queen.
They need to have a separate section in the Queen and let the rest of us read actual news on what else is happening around the world
It is all a bit ‘samey’
Does the media genuinely think that the majority of the country want 24 news on the Queen right now? This is what I don’t get, yes 24 hours of news on it is fine. After that surely most people are not interested in constant news on it. What is there to report now that has been said 100 times already.
“The contemporary Royals [serve] entirely to enshrine classism in the British nonconstitution. They live in high luxury and low autonomy, cosplaying as their ancestors, and are the subject of constant psychosocial projection from people mourning the loss of empire.”
RichM Yeah, I totally get being respectful and all that but you can’t just keep repeating the same material / lines which is all i’m seeing. I’ve turned everything off now.
I caught about 15 mins of the procession from Balmoral yesterday morning. First there was some bint waffling on outside the gates, droning on and on about absolutely nothing, then when the hearse came out and went on its way there were more commentators just waffling on and on. I actually felt it would be more respectful to just have no words at all.
Surely they can’t keep it up for another week?
She’s ill, she’s dead, she’s going to be buried on Monday. Thinks that covers everything.

So the Queen will be lying in state for 4 days? That must have been some session.
