‘Surprisingly’, the third parties insurance are now going after me for unnecessary costs. But that’s ‘OK’ because I’m protected against that recovery by another sub policy that pays for all the lawyers (and covers any potential cost liability).
This has all come about because the third party admitted liability but their insurance position is not clear so.
I am ‘reassured’ that this happens all the time 🤬
