It’s well-known that NATO allies have been providing missiles, equipment etc or “Reachback” as the article mentions to Ukraine. They are entitled to do that. The allegation made in the article is that the UK is overstepping that by “being onsite”. Although based on an intercepted communication, it is difficult to gauge the extent of that involvement being that it is a report from the RT, which is a known Russian propaganda outlet.
The inference that NATO is somehow a bad actor based on this one article, misses the most salient context that Russia invaded Ukraine for reasons that were entirely unprovoked, but has been doing its utmost to play the victim card and has threatened nuclear strikes if NATO continues to provide material support to Ukraine, in a situation where war is potentially on the doorstep of NATO’s European allies.
North American countries are part of NATO, but Iraq, Afghanistan etc are not invasions led by NATO, which is what Amps appeared to be saying.
