…thats actually beside the point I’m making but its a good one. Its also salient to say the US really don’t care about the Ukrainian people when all is said and done. The State Dept and the Pentagon would’ve long calculated the benefits of getting involved in Ukraine and would’ve known long before the war how Putin would react. None of that has the Ukrainian peoples best interests at heart. Its the same for any country they interfere in, they only care about their own national security. Pointing out the US involvement in these conflicts isn’t an instant waving of the flag for Putin either, which is how western media like to twist things. Just like calling for the end of the massacre in Gaza isn’t flag waving for anti-semitism.
