…Sage Barista Express. Bought mine around 2 years ago and it changed my life! (its technically both an espresso machine and a bean-to-cup because it has an integral grinder).
They are something like £600 new, but the base model has been around for a while now and there are always loads of used ones. Take a look on eBay for a reconditioned one, you should be able to pick one up for £200-250. They take a little bit of dialling-in, but once you get them sussed they are absolutely brilliant:
