Wasn’t ‘vintage’ Dixon (harking back to his excellent 8 hour sets for Hydra, etc), but still a very good night.
Got in around midnight - straight in, no queue or search. The place was roadblock. It’s a bit of a zoo in parts with misbehaving boys and girls (“this one’s leaving”), but Koko is great fun.
I’m gonna have to call Dixon out on a couple of mixes around 3am. He tried to step it up, but just missed the mark on a couple of mixes.
That bloke has some top, TOP tunes in his locker. Sound system in there is decent as well.
Solid night. Think we’re back there for Burridge in a few weeks. The elusive ‘Smallman’ still evades capture.
