So had a score on Arsenal half-time Palace full-time last night at 60-1 on Betfair

When Palace went 2-1 up in the second half I stuck £250 on the draw at 2.7 -1 and £30 on Arsenal win at 27-1.

Went to cash out £1,160 in the 92nd minute and then cash out £45 from the match odds market but it didn’t work. When I went back to try to cash out again there was no option and Arsenal then scored.

Thank fuck the second cash out I tried on the match odds didn’t work otherwise I’d have £45 instead of £920 now.

Overall £600 up but had that first cash out worked it could have been as much as £1,800. I know I shouldn’t grumble but it fucked me right off last night.

Tell me about it mate. Imagine I’d cashed out the match odds market without the main bet cashing out only fir Arsenal to score in the 95th minute. That’s a £2k swing and I’d have ended up £255 down lol

So last night…..

My mate insisted we left £500 in my Betfair account for the Champions League games (from his share). He picked out a 6 team acca United, Chelsea, Juventus, Bayern, Villareal and Barcelona at 18-1. We stuck the £500 on it.

Ended up cashing in £5k in the dying moments of the games - it was getting too stressful with 3 of the teams only having a one goal lead especially with United looking so volatile.

If we left it to run it would have been £9k, £4.5k each. Walked away with £2,250 each and left the £500 in to roll onto the next one.

Kind of kicking myself for not having the bottle to see out the last few moments, but one goal would have fucked the lot. Mustn’t be greedy - only 5 minutes previously before Juventus scored we were looking at nothing lol

Yeah it’s one of those, what would kill you the most, walking away with nothing or missing out on another £2k each. Not a bad position to find yourself in to be fair. Lol
