My issue with Bill/vaxes is he wants to be the god emperor of delivering them when he could instead use his money to make the countries in need self sufficient/able to produce their own. He chooses not to do so because he would be eliminating the need for his foundation in the process.
Along_the_Wire he wants/needs to have a continued justification for the existence of the Gates Foundation. He needs to feel like a god or he would turn his focus to training and self sufficiency, which is what most all of the foreign governments want.
