The charges are very serious, combined they add up to a total of around 400 years and the DOJ have audio and witnesses who have flipped which means a lot of the charges will most likely stick.
I reckon the only thing that can save him is if the judge (he planted while in office) delays until after the election and he becomes Pres again. Which in itself is beyond the realms of sanity.
