The outcomes are the same. Unless someone can show me evidence he’s profiting off his own foundation (he’s not) then its all a load of presumptive nonsense. And before any knucklehead has me down as a “Gates Fan”, its possible to understand how his foundation works and still be skeptical of his motives in other areas. Funky wrote “hes profiting off his foundation”. If hes doing it just for taxes then he’s “saving” money, not profiting, which holds a more sinister connotation implied, right?

LT42 multiple countries that “benefit” from his work have asking him to use his funding to set up a means of production so that they can start to become self sufficient and make their own polio vaccines, insulin, ex ex. He never complies. Instead he keeps them reliant on the foundation.

While I don’t believe any of this to be true and agree with you I do think its worth mentioning that there is some creepy nazi-esque language in the foundation’s formation docs talking about population control. Could just be innocent miss wording but it invites the crazy theories
