Cankles-McJeggings Have to agree. Those horses are just being used and despatched for the fun of toffs. I used to love the national but just find it a bit sick nowadays.

seanc80 I’ve been campaigning for years for the jockeys to have a sharp piece of metal added to the end of their whip and also for them to wear those wild west-esque heel-spurs. Id also be open to them sporting both whilst riding the horses as well.
Amps Would be more interesting if they had to put the jockey down with the horse. Nothing gruesome, no public hanging or anything, just behind the screens with a bolt gun, like the horse.
