Along_the_Wire Cankles-McJeggings Really works for me, but the worst I’ve had to sort out is 8 hours - Australia might be a step to far
Cankles-McJeggings The last 2 nights I’ve taken to drinking heavily. Like loads more than usual and going to bed at 12 plastered. Sure enough 3am BING! Wide awake for the rest of the night with a hangover. By 2pm I can’t stay awake.
Cankles-McJeggings I can’t really tell if it has. I’ve always been bad but suppose it probably is slightly worse now.
alistair Travel to the US a lot on business. Tend to take the red eye flight, stay up if I can so I effectively lose a nights sleep and then I seem to be alright the following night. Exhaustion cures it
Cankles-McJeggings I think the distance always plays a huge part. Zacko you cunts don’t even leave the country so how you get jet lag is a mystery. I’m the other side of the earth.
bosstrabs Helps to be in Business Class and chill in a decent lounge like The Galleries in Heathrow before the flight.
Cankles-McJeggings I have use of the lounges and it makes fuck all difference apart from free food and a decent seat. They don’t let the little shites in business either but we looked at prices once and it was 40k.
benson Downvote for melatonin. Absolutely fucked me the next day. Fine if you are on holiday and don’t mind being a mong all day. No good for wok
benson Mad_Cyril Slightly off topic but flying not only economy to Mallorca on Wednsday, but not even an extra leg room emergency exit row. Reckon the jet lag will be ok though
Along_the_Wire benson Mallorca on Wednsday, but not even an extra leg room emergency exit row. Taking the bike mate?
