    alistair That Circulation and Slacker night was fucking mint. I think that’s the one Shem turned up to with a broken arm in a cast, and still fucking rocked it.

    Smallman1 Not sure if it was that night, but deffo saw Holden at Elements, and he was brilliant.

        I went to that slacker night too with my brother. The weekend before we went to the Meat Katie, Elite force and Lee Coombs gig in Brixton which was mint too. Can’t remember any arm casts mind.

        Haha, I remember an interview with Holden, where he mentioned one of the progressive DJs being an A-Grade bell-end, I always thought he was on about Sander.

        I went to a few of them Elements nights, mainly when it moved to Turnmills. It got canned and replaced by Smartie Party, which only lasted a few months.

        I’ve still got the free 2 Years of Elements Cd that they mailed out in 2001

          Sander also picked up a rep for becoming a diva too, didn’t he? He began to refuse flying easyjet to get over to NI for lush! Gigs. Given the size of our airports we aren’t exactly spoiled for choice of 100s of different carriers.

                Reckon this was his way of saying I don’t want to go to northern Ireland

                Worked with Sander a few times, was always a good laugh and easy to get on with. Never had to book a flight for him though.
