      …I did read the whole thing, and think its possibly fair to say that there is more to his behaviour than the report suggests- the rebuttals against the accusations of him falling-over/poor performances on stage are particularly weak… ‘but LOADS of people that were there said he actually did OK’ or ‘he confessed that he did actually have a drink before playing that night’ etc. However, there is absolutely no reason for an original band member with writing credits over multiple albums to be needing to sign-on WHILE TOURING with said band, or to get 0% from £5M of sold rights.
