            Lots of people in the comments believe that it would be, because the number of possible people matching the description given by The Sun is so few that they’d be certain to be implicated.

              Pretty sure The Sun wouldn’t have ran with this without being absolutely certain they were legally covered.

                Yeh agree. There’s no way they are that daft to report something that’s completely untrue like say, a disaster at a football stadium.
