Looking at the state of him, you’d think he’d be used to it by now.
Am I right in thinking that for a ‘work tribunal’ type affair, you would need nothing more than an audio recording of you being bullied to prove your point? Something anyone can do on a mobile phone? Or is it like a court of law where it would be inadmissible if the accused didn’t know they where being recorded?
