From what I’ve read, I think the intention would be for there to be an online vote of Tory members. There could be a route to a GE if there wasn’t a clear winner but I suspect the real determinant is where the power base lies in the party. Suspect the best way to find out would be to find out who that is would be to see who id currently writing their policies in shit across the walls.
