They must’ve made a killing in there money-wise across the board.

Finished with Tamil, tune!

Only managed a couple of hours as it took me 3 twatting hours to get there from Reading. Now tucked up in bed and got work tomorrow. Sound was waaaaay better upstairs than downstairs. Plus no queue for the bar. Ended up with a downstairs ticket as well so flitted between.

Left about 2130. It was a great set. I’ve got to be up at 0630 tomorrow so could not stay longer.

alistair Didn’t recognise much else

Just check Sasha’s tracklists for the last six months and you should be able to ID a fair bit.

Can confirm that they pushed the pace to 118-120 easily!

Hackney is a total pain in the arse to get to and from.

Really enjoyable night . Loved the venue . Crowd was ace with minimal gammons and more women than i expected . Played that Davi track which the crowd lapped up. Ended the night with a Zinger burger and some jiggy jiggy back at the hotel. Winning.

Thought that was a great venue and decent night out. Wasn’t sure what to expect from them considering how early it was, but they didn’t hold back.
£6.25 for a tiny can of lager was a pisstake.

Yeah, I went to both and throughly enjoyed them both. That warm up DJ at Village Underground was appalling though, Tim Deluxe and Born Slippy. Proper shite.

Digweed had a few copies of Quattro to off load on the poor unsuspecting punter on the way in.

They played a fair few tracks with some proper rave stabs/breakdowns (none of which I could name) which sounded ace. I also remembered the Kaspar/Rex the dog remix which went down a treat.

RichM The sound was quality too I thought. Found it funny watching them DJ right in front of the 10 commandments

alistair wasn’t expecting the sound to be that good, they have a decent set up there. Also quite easy to get back from to our neck of the woods! Much less faff than Alexandra palace last Friday night

alistair the sound was pony if you were anywhere near the back. And the bar queues were atrocious.

The queues at the bar probably did people a favour, that beer they were selling was fucking wank.

Seen a few vids…. It looked excellent.

            😆 It’s like they’re telling you to take drugs…

Dry-Tinder The first 70 mins or so of that set are majestic though. Just a shame he goes off the rails.

Dry-Tinder there’s an essential mix of that if you want to listen to all those wonderful songs again.

Homegrove It was not actually an ’Essential Mix, it was on Radio One’s One World Series. The best One World was the Nirvana, Bill Hicks mash-up.

Oddly enough, I shazamed it earlier and it came up, but I never checked it

One thing that I did notice last night, many Sasha and Digweed fans have poor personal hygiene. How fucking difficult is it to take shower before you go out. The whole place reeked of sweaty onions.

Along_the_Wire a quick google search tells me he’s been playing the Lexicon Ve Remix of Only When I Lose Myself quite recently
